How To Order

• We accept company purchase orders, university purchase order, email orders, online orders, phone orders, and international orders (any country except restricted countries by the government of the United States).
• We accept major credit cards, and net 30 day term can be given to companies that can provide credit references.
• We accept wire transfers with $25 transaction fee added to the total of the balance due.
• Please call 1-408-986-0725 (for US customers, you can call toll free 1-866-382-3468) to place an order over the phone, or you can fax the order to 1-408-986-0921, or email it to cdint@cdint.com. For cable orders, you can always purchase online 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

Shipping Methods

• For domestic orders, we use UPS ground as the standard shipping method. UPS next day air, UPS second day air, Fedex, DHL, or post office can be used per customer request.
• For international shipments, post office express mail (EMS) is the standard shipping method. Fedex, DHL, UPS, TNT, and other shipping methods can be used per customer request.

Delivery

• For stock items, we deliver on the same day if the order is placed before 2pm PST (Pacific Standard Time).
• For non-stock items, please contact us for availability.
